At CME Construction Consultancy, we are experts in Project & Commercial Management, providing services to the Irish & UK construction industry. CME can also advise on Construction Adjudication and other ADR methods of dispute. Our practice is uniquely positioned having a combination of practical construction and commercial experience, as well as professional insight in business and finance within the construction sector.

We will deliver this by being excellent communicators, pragmatic in our strategy and by being focussed on each and every project.
The company was founded by Ciaran Ó’Domhnaill in 2019. Previous to this, Ciaran built up an impressive portfolio of high-end and complex projects while working for for various contractors in London over the last 12 years. During his time he has been involved in Procurement, Commercial & Project Management. As an Accounting & Finance graduate, and with his expert knowledge of the construction industry , in early 2019 Ciaran took the decision to begin working as a consultant in order to provide tailored services to the sector.
